Hoping someone with an Inland band saw can help me with this. The blade suddenly won’t stay on the wheels. I’ve used it quite a few times without issue and usually if the blade pops off, I put it back on and I’m good again.

Now it immediately walks off of the top wheel. I’ve adjusted the nylon adjustment screw as tight as it will go and it still happens. I had been using it for about 15 minutes before it popped off and everything was working fine.

Any suggestions on other adjustments besides the nylon screw?

Thanks!

Hmm I’ve adjusted that knob all the way and it still happens. It would be disappointing if the wheels are worn because I’ve used it less than 10 times.

I sent an email off to inland but haven’t heard back yet.

Hmmm… when I get home I’ll look at mine it’s been awhile since I used it but I’ve never had that problem.. it’s gotta be something simple
