Following along!

best of luck! I'm planning on getting one of these for my next tank. Exited to see how you set yours up.
The dimensions of this tank are outstanding I can’t wait for next month to hopefully start filling out the center arch with some Zoas, clove polyps and maybe a Duncan.

A few days ago I have finally put in my first fish and corals in everything is coming along quite nicely. May hold off on fish and coral for a little bit until everything settles in. Also since the last update I bought a filter fleece roll and cut 4 months worth of 3x3 fleece pads.(change every 3 days) unless it’s too much. Also tried to combat some of the micro bubbles using some very porous filter sponge but I think I cut them slightly too short as I wanted the water to flow from the 2nd chamber through them into the return section. It works but it didn’t knock them down all the way so I’m going to fiddle with that this weekend.

Added a purple green frogspawn a pygmy angel (which is below the nepthea) and added 2 jars of algae barn galaxy pods since the last update. Good ole diatom out break, did my first water change since I’ve added fish to clean up the sand. Been holding off on water changes till my nitrates and phosphates got high enough to not bottom them out. (Don’t fret in 2 years when I move out I will be getting the im 150 lagoon. The Pygmy is abt the size of a pointer finger nail)

I’ll get some more videos posted in the coming weeks I’ll order some camera filters so everything’s easier to see. Dropped in the 9 watt im uv sterilizer and have been siphoning the sand into a filter sock and dumping the water back into the tank I’m putting up a good fight to Dino’s right now. Have been feeding pellets once a day frozen once a day and a healthy amount of live plankton daily also feeding my corals some krill but mainly the gunk water I use to defrost the food to help boost the nutrients for the past week with no luck at all still at 0,0. Corals didn’t open today kinda scared but Dino’s and no nutrients will do that to em. Maybe some reef roids will come into play if I go another week w no nutrients.

Love the IM 25. Are you running the mighty jet return?

Cryptic six line and the Pygmy angel are a lil shy. The angel will be out all day until I move or sit close to the tank lol
Approach from the side if you can. That's where my "chair" is.
