T5 installed. Next will be the kessils. But the kids woke up from nap.

Added the kessils and turned it all on. I think I'm going to like this setup. Have to see where the par levels are at to find out for sure. Pretty much setup. Now if the cycle would hurry up and my skimmer to break in. Then I can add my first fish. Waiting sucks...

Nice tank, I am currently build the same tank and I'm super excited. It's going to replace my existing 45 gallon tank that I am resetting after 5 years. I already have the stand built and the tank in place but waiting on some plumbing pieces to come in. I also decided to go with the Fiji sump but went with the 24in one instead.

I already have the stand built and the tank in place but waiting on some plumbing pieces to come in. I also decided to go with the Fiji sump but went with the 24in one instead.

If I have had the choice I would have went bigger with the sump. I would have tried to find one to fill most of the space down underneath. Just more space, to be easier theoretically for maintenance.

I have egg crate right now. I hate it but the tank is cycling so it doesn't matter. Keeps the cats out. At some point I'll order something. I am leaning towards Reefing Ain't Ezy lid.

I also wanted to go bigger because I would like to eventually go with a roller mat system. Will have to wait and see if the ones fiji are making to go with these sumps are worth it or not?

Also that! I put a pad lock on the cabinets for that reason also. Hahaha

My old tank had the sump on the side and I would find cat toy in it all the time LOL
