Look for some suggestions on a good setup for the three chambers. I was thinking 1st chamber would be the media caddy with intank filter floss on top and the a semi-pure nano in the 2nd and 3rd. Swapping out for the uv sterilizer if needed. 2nd chamber was considering either the intake Fuge basket or mangroves. 3rd chamber pump, heater and MarinePure Gems. Has anyone used the empty space under chambers 1&2 for anything?

So looking at your three chambers I like your ideas, one thing I will mention if you are looking to get nutrient export from the mangroves I would go a different direction due to the limit of space for the root growth and also chaeto could be a much better option!

I like the idea of using filter floss for one, bio media for another, and the third I think you can utilize better!

Dont know why I forgot this. For the second chamber my options were Fuge/mangroves or a protein skimmer. But I'm not sure about all of the tiny skimmers and if they are worth the money.
