I went with a Red Sea 625G2+, but shortly after they released both the S650 and the new IM EXT tanks which was a slap to my face because I would have easily went with one of those instead. The IM EXT tanks are a bargain for their build quality and features. Go EXT for sure. You’re going to regret the blocked flow from the overflow box (although they angle it in the INT). EXT all the way.

If you get it to work, or have a good guide let me know!
Here’s the preliminary update. I received my 100ext tank with the RFS sump and did order the Fiji cube arf20 roller. Yes the filter roller “fits” ie drops into the rectangular filter sock opening area. The support plate of the Fiji cube roller is quite a bit shorter than the filter sock opening, the width is perfect though. It’s a simple fix to make a small pvc/acrylic plate the spans the whole opening.

Just for reference here’s the dry fit of the Fiji cube roller filter in the RFS39 sump.
just need abit of simple DIY to make it work.
(1) make the horizontal rectangular filter chamber blocking/blanking plate a bit longer to
(2) either add a small piece of acrylic extension to either side of the roll and motor plates to allow the filter to drop down anywhere between 1/4 to a full inch.
