[Steve Ruddy]

I have never seen egg crate or clam shells look like what I see in your photo. Please post a photo with the color balance corrected and not saturated.

[vladandlilith]

I'm interested, but I would like to see a daylight picture as well as other photos of it, please.

[Reefhabit]

I thought the same thing, but the spongenodes in the upper left look spot on to me. I don't know much about altering photos though. I have been very tempted to take the drive to look in person.
Where in OH are you, lazylivin?

[Lazys Coral House]

I am in Dayton. The picture was taken with my iPhone. I realize this is a big purchase and will pull out my DSLr this week to get a accurate picture. For now here is another with my phone. I backed it up so you could see the other corals around it to see they are normal color.

Always buy stuff from Lazy at our local swap ever September. His stuff is always looking good :) Haven't seen this pink clam in person, but his sticks always great.

[Frankyrivera]

Wow most people get called out for altering pics and they get defensive and close the thread. But you sir came back with an even better pic to prove the piece is the real deal. Great job and glws

[JenB]

wow!!! If I only had that kind of money laying around I'd be all over it! GLWS

[trickedout900]

Nice piece Lazy!

[dodgerblew]

Pink clam. This thread can very easily go in another direction. It is very unique

[jstew600]

I have seen this clam in person and it IS that dang pretty!!! The Spongodes and clam are both spot on in the pictures.

[Lemec]

Looks like black egg crate with coralline algae covering it....hence the "off" color that pops up in your mind initially.

[Shredded]

Not to hijack the thread. The pink one is too rich for me. The blue ones are nice too.
