All corals are shipped by UPS Next Day Air. Package can be shipped out on Monday to Wednesday and usually arrive by 10:30am next day. I use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. Packages must be received on the first delivery attempt. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a description and very clear digital photos within 2 hours of first attempt of delivery. Once I receive the digital photo, a replacement (when available) will be made or refund, less shipping cost, will be sent. I cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause UPS shipment to arrive late. I can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
