I'm getting ready to wire my driver to the lights for my 12g led retrograde kit and I am confused. I'm supposed to remove some bridge wires in he light unit before I install the driver and I can't get them out. What is a driver remover tool? I just have pliers and they're not working. I don't want to break it. Help! I'm not electrically inclined at all!

Update. I called Steve's LEDs and got excellent customer service. They helped me with the bridge wires and walked me through the installation. Now I have the driver programmed but I'm confused about menu. Does anyone else have one of these?

I have always had great service from Stevesleds.com. I have three different LED kits from them.
