Any of the Tough series of cameras can go in the tank without a waterproof case (for example the Olympus Tough 1) for underwater photography. They are good to something like 45 feet now.

You can also use a GoPro camera if you also get the waterproof housing with it.

I actually have a reef cam that I got with my new tank set up. I set it up today. The video feed on my reef camera is 720P. The video isn’t that great. I had bought 3 google nest cameras a while back so I decided to put one in front of my tank which provides much better quality live video feed.
