Interceptor and dinos?

Yea i have a ton of spones and spaghetti worms aswell as bristle worms. Will it also kill other beneficial bacteria that can cause dinos to pop out again?

I was able to catch one with a tiny turkey baster that i had and put it under the microscope this is what it looks like after being able to take a picture since it was moving so much.

Looks almost identical to this im not an expert on scientific names but from what i have read its definitely not a good bug. After further read its definitely the acro eating type.

From what i have read that is the red bug, the black one is slightly different.

See this is exactly what im afraid off, im just done beating the dinos after many months and i dont wanna risk bringing that back. I dont know whats worst. Getting rid of red bugs or risk bringing back those dinos.
