Interceptor and dinos?

I was able to catch one with a tiny turkey baster that i had and put it under the microscope this is what it looks like after being able to take a picture since it was moving so much.

Looks almost identical to this im not an expert on scientific names but from what i have read its definitely not a good bug. After further read its definitely the acro eating type.

whats the pests common name in our hobby ?
 
My tank exploded with Dino’s after treatment, some guy even warned me and I brush it off

See this is exactly what im afraid off, im just done beating the dinos after many months and i dont wanna risk bringing that back. I dont know whats worst. Getting rid of red bugs or risk bringing back those dinos.
