Interceptor for Red Bugs

Anyone have any interceptor tab for red bug treatment or know a vet I can explain the problem to and buy it?

I've got some of the sentinel that has the milb ox plus another ingredient. It has worked for me in the past. Its a chewable pill not hard. Let me know if you want to try it.

Thanks. Not 100% sure I've got the red bug problem. Someone got a drag me me and someone else and they got red bugs.
