interceptor...skimmer on or off?

I'm about to dose interceptor, but i'm wondering if I should leave my skimmer on or turn it off?

You should turn off you skimmer. Turn it back on after you do the first water change and make sure to add carbon.

Leave it full of water, and make sure to run the carbon that you have in there now for a few hours at the end of the treatment too. Or any other reactors you have. Just in case there are a couple free floating ones hanging around in there or the sump.

shut the air intake off so there are no bubbles but leave the water going thru it.

I left mine running but removed the cup in case there was some bugs in the skimmer. Not for the whole treatment but long enough to be sure medication had circulated thru for some time.

Skimmer on... remove the airline. You want the medicine to circulate through all your equipment.
