About a year ago I picked up a single adult female Bartlett Anthias. Would it be possible to successfully add additional Anthias to the tank at this point?

Are you talking more Bartletts or another species?
If more Bartletts then yes with caution, make sure the fish you are adding are small females, so they don't compete with the existing one for status. If you are adding a different species then fine, the Bartlett may 'check them out' but I have never had any real aggression issues.

As stated above, add females smaller than your current female. Bartlett's have a definite hierarchy. Your lead female may dominate or even bully one of the additions.
Add as many as you want at once rather than staggering small batches. For example: you plan to stock say, 7 Battletts total in your tank. Add all six new anthias at once. Not two groups of 3 staggered in batches. This disperses aggression. When a bigger group is added, the weakest link is not as readily a target.

Can be a challenge unless new ones are same size or larger. Existing ones will chase them for a couple of weeks

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
