So tested Copper today as my test kit from Seachem came in and results are 0! Very happy with this.. So what else could be killing my shrimp and emerald crab? Food availability, acclimation process, tank only 9 wks old?
It also gave me excuse to buy a Red Sea Foundations pro kit for CA, KH and Mg as I want my corals to do good. (I current have a bubble tip anemone and pulsing xenia). I do test KH already but I have seen it fluctuate a lot in a 13.5 gal tank with high evaporation rate. I top off twice (morning and evening) with fresh. I do not test my TO water for KH and perhaps I should - so its balanced going into my DT.
