Hello! I’m a little confused on this! I’ve been reef keeping for over 10 years now and I’ve had spawning on occasion. However tonight my blood shrimp, emerald crabs, and peppermint shrimp all released eggs within 20 minutes of each other. I’m just looking for some opinions on why. I recently upgraded to 3 kessil a360x and I’m currently using the moon phase settings! Has anyone heard if this would cause this? Or have another opinion!

Perhaps they all had raging hormones? Or somehow your tank mimicked a full moon??? I know that some coral will spawn during a full moon in the ocean. Best I’ve got. :D

I do stand in front of my tank naked a lot so I mean who could blame them for the hormones lol
