Iodine dip to save coral

Hey all I am curios to see where the comunity lands here.

Iodine dip OR hydrogen peroxide dip are good for healthy coral to get rid of pests, cuts, algae.

I have heard a lot they also help when a stick has STN or a LPS has BJD/ loosing heads.

How many of you have successfully and repeatedly saved corals with STN or BJD in a dip when it starts going? I have like twice or 4 times, and I dont think that is enough to say the dips work for me to save corals… Maybe its a me issue who knos.

Iodine ,lugols for damaged, bayer for new corals 3 stage of bayer ,sw rinse,mild iodine 5th dip n rinse again
