iOS Safari issues with the post creation buttons

For at least like four or so months now I’ve been unable to click the buttons such as the emoji drop down or the picture buttons in the post editing page when posting to a thread. For example if I want to post a picture I have to click the attach files button; I can’t use the little picture icon button in the post writing window.

When I click them, nothing happens. I’ve restarted and updated my iPhone plenty of times since.
