I found this ampoule that contains
Ferrous gluconate -200mg
Manganese gluconate -20 mg
Copper gluconate - 1 mg

I have 200 liter tank so I was thinking of adding 0.5ml per week to raise manganese to 0.002ppm. I think 20mg of manganese gluconate contains around 4mg of manganese. The problem is copper gluconate 1mg. Will this raised too much copper in the tank? Does Manganese and copper depletion similar so that I can dose the same amount weekly. Or is that bad idea. I don't have any measuring tools to make stock solution of manganese sulphate since it measures in grams. Any advice or suggestions please.

Too much copper, IMO.

Bulk dry ferrous gluconate and manganese gluconate are not very expensive as food grade materials.
