Iron Oxide pigments

Trying to figure out a way to dye marco rocks, sounds like its a pretty large trade secret how they are doing it on their own purple version. Curious if its just concrete pigments, any obvious issues with iron oxide?

• Iron oxide pigment is a kind of pigment with good dispersibility, excellent light and weather resistance. Iron oxide pigment mainly refers to the pigment with iron oxide as the basic material.
• Iron oxide is the second largest inorganic pigment after titanium dioxide, and it is also the first largest color inorganic pigment.
• Iron oxide is wide chromatography, many colors,non-toxic, excellent coloring and application properties, UV absorption and other properties.

I would not expect any issue from iron oxide pigments once rinsed well after curing.
