I have a Fluval EVO 13.5 mixed reef. I hate the idea of an open top tank. But I guess to get any decent lighting I have to get rid of the canopy. I feel like I'm drinking the Kool-Aid here. So if I get some sort of screened top so my fish won't jump out and then put an AI Prime 16 HD light on top will that be sufficient for my tank?

Also how high above the water does the light have to be?

While we're at it where can I get a screen cover to keep all my livestock from escaping?

I really hate this. I hope the future of reefing pairs canopies with better lighting options.

BTW i have Birds Nest, Stylo, Zoas, Euphyllias, Tubipora, Gsp.
