Is dis Chalice...?

LFS claims this is a chalice. Any idea what kind? They had super limited information.

The specs are debris not the coral.

Looks more like a encrusting monti than a chalice. Pic is too blue and don’t see eyes either way

It definately doesn't have an eyes.
