All, looked at my tank today and saw one of my chromies died and noticed white spots on many of the other fish I cannot tell if it is ich or velvet.

Livestock
Clown
Fox face one spot
Helfrichi firefish
Two chromies
Flame angle
Royal gramma
Yellow watchman

All the fish seem to be eating, the water tested perfect, and none of them seem to be acting abnormal.

Pic attached hand to turn on the white light for a good pic.

When was the most recent addition? Were they quarantined? Could you post pics of some of the other fish?
The spots are too large to be velvet (and velvet generally doesn’t show spots, only behavioral symptoms), so ich is more likely here.
Note that with chromis, conspecific aggression and uronema are both big killers of that fish - though the white spots do indicate that there is a disease present in the system.
Assuming ich, all fish should be treated with copper in a qt for and the display tank should remain fallow (fishless) for at least 60 days.

Tried to get pics of the others. The gramma has two spots on its tail the angle doesn’t seem to have any the fox face has one on its fin and the clown has one on its fin.

I added the fox face about a week ago and it did a quarantine at the LFS I got it.
