None needed. There are times we would: not needed here.
 
But by rule, you could do ten back to back 100% changes and the cycle would not undo, pretty cool there. Any degree of water change you do is OK but not required. It would not be in reaction to ammonia, we want it above zero as coral feed. It would be if you converted copious nutrients during cycling it would be for less algae, but not to prevent harm. Nobody using fritz will harm fish the minute it's tipped in. Nice tank!
