Honestly, with the diagonal braces, I think that's more than adequate. My bar for sketchy stands is pretty high tooI wouldn't fill it and I think I may be more prone to sketchyness than @Fish Fan but I'm not positive

I'm just saying, look at the flimsy stuff sold at pet stores and compare that to the often overbuilt stands that hobbyists come up with, using 4x4's and half inch lag screws

While none of us have a crystal ball, I’m not getting a warm fuzzy feeling from that image. It could be fine, could fail immediately, or could fail later. I don’t like to tempt fate and take chances personally. If you want a pro’s opinion, there are a few tank makers on here that may have a better idea. @Joe Glass Cages is one.
Not sure what everyone is fussing about. I would definitely use that tank.
