Is multicolor magnifica a thing?

Pacific east shows this one. Is the multicolor likely to remain, or is it an issue of bleached vs nonbleached sections?

Pac East does not use MH. However part of his farm is outdoors. You could always shoot them a message off their website and ask for some additional photos. I've reached out a few times on a specific coral I was considering but wanted a couple photos without editing and a more natural spectrum. Dr. Mac has always been helpful to me.

In any case, it’s not the lighting I care about, but whether magnifica once settled in ever display color variation across the animal . :)

All of my Magnifica have multiple colors, some have as many as 3 different colors in their tentacles alone. These are highlighted under bluer spectrum LED's.

Not really. The colors are uniform in a healthy Magnifica. I think what we may be seeing in that original photo is the difference between the areas being highlighted by some natural sunlight coming through the greenhouse (areas which appear more richer/fuller in color) and the areas highlighted by the supplemental lighting from above.

There are MultiColor magnificas. However, the one shown in this thread is not one of them. Many magnificas naturally have varying colored areas, but a true MultiColor is when the anemone has several different colors mixed throughout the anemone. I've only seen a few truly MultiColor magnificas. I have another batch of magnificas arriving next Saturday, we'll see what they look like.
