Picked up an Acan about a month ago and all was going well. About 2 weeks ago it closed up, but still had feeders out at night. Last week it started looking rough so I moved it to the bottom thinking it was an issue with light and flow. Now the centers are turning a greeny brown color and looking worse.
Salinity 1.025
Cal 430
Alk 9
Mag 1275
Nitrate 5
Phos .25
Sorry for the poor picture

IMO it’s going to do better on the bottom so you may just need to give it some time, I would suggest you drop your Alk down a little to around 8 or even a little less.

Ok, will give that a try.
Thank you
