I've been feeding my 2 frags mysis once per week and a little slurry of roids . They seem to really puff up after eating..as long as the shrimp doesn't steal it lol

I'm waiting for additional heads to form, guess it could take awhile

Any shrimp works. As long as it isn't fresh water or cooked. And some people feed them pellet foods, reef roids. But, no, you don't need anything special.

I am as well. In my own experiences. Once they grow a new head, they really start to grow. Takes time to get them going though.

I usually don’t have much luck getting them to eat mysis. It usually just blows away with the flow before they get a chance to eat it. Do you have any tips to help get it to their mouths?

FYI - If you want to "target" feed them, cut a small water bottle or pop bottle at the lid to make a cone, then place it over the coral and squirt your stuff down in there, that way you'll know they are getting a good chunk and nobody is stealing it.
would a turkey blaster work?
