Hi fellow reefers,
Yesterday I needed to pull out rocks in order to catch an aggressive angelfish, and it seems that the kicked up debris seriously stressed out the corals overnight, and most notable was my anacropora colony which turned from a vivid green to completely white. It’s hard to tell, however, if its flesh is gone or whether it has just lost its color, and was wondering if there is any good indicator as to whether the colony will come back. Thanks!

Wow, what was in that debris? Looks like it’s dead- at least the white portion. I do see darker parts underneath and even some glowing green so if the rest of the piece doesn’t crap out you might be able to regrow.
