So I got a BTA last week and it had settled itself upside don’t on my rock. My matron clownfish hosted it and was all over it but when I woke up this morning the BTA was on the sand bed but my clownfish is still rubbing against it. Is my BTA dead or dying?

Doesn’t look good. Water looks cloudy unless that’s your glass. If it’s dead U want to get it outta there ASAP as it’ll contaminate the tank quickly.

If he does not stick by the foot within a few hours, this is a problem.
Remove if he starts to “fall apart”.
If he’s not stuck, turn down flow and find him a quiet spot.

Not looking good! Hard to help without knowing anything about your tank, size. age, parameters, lighting.
I would leave it be until you provide the information above. No need to remove it if you think it is dead, unless your tank is real small.
