This should be a green bubble tip anemone. But look how it looks. Is it healthy?

He's open which is good, doesnt look thrilled and possibly has a gaping mouth which can be worrisome. How long have you had it? How long has it been looking like this? I see you are lighting the tank with 2x A80's. What is your lighting schedule? Whats the color and intensity set to? I'm sure some folks will comment that those lights are too weak for the nem, but I can say with absolute certainty, that you can support a nem and other high demand corals with A80's if they are turned up enough and you have enough for correct spread.

Tips look burned, it might be stressed. Mouth should be closed in general. It might survive, but I can't really say it's healthy at the moment.

It looks good in the first photo. I agree your lights may be a bit week. Anemones like an established tank, lot of light and nitrates.
