Is my bicolor blenny sick

Hello, my bicolor blenny recently jumped out of my tank but I was able to save him. After two days he is acting completely normal but I have noticed small white spots on him. Is this something I should be concerned about

If its not sand might just be under stress. Should color up in a few days. Need clearer pics to give yea better advise.

Looks like just sand stuck to it. Might also be the natural slime coat regenerating. Depending on how he landed on the floor he might have scraped some of it off. He looks fine to me. Not really stressed. As long as its feeding and swimming around he will be ok.
