Ok so I did a water change and about a hour after I did this my clown started acting weird look like hes breathing really fast and kind of just hovering in one spot should I be concerned??

Photos would help. Did you use tap water or RODI?
Is the tank new or well established?
RODI and fairly new tank

Doesn't look bad. Could be a number of things. I would keep an eye for the moment and let it ride.

Ph= 8.0
Nitrate 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ammon 0ppm
Calcium 440

As ndrwater said just monitor him l. It could have just been stressed. If you’re setting up a reef I recommend 8.3-8.4 ph but that’s just me.

Any news? Ph of 8.0 is fine, don't try and chase ph.
