He is been acting a little weird, standing up or does what i have attached. Any words plz?

Hi, the video is a bit too short. Also, blue lights makes it difficult to diagnosis fish problems. More background information is also helpful. This post explains all that:

From what I can see though, the fish is breathing too fast and may have some skin issues. This species is prone to developing fluke infections, so that might be the cause.
