Is my goby sick?

Hello, We recently added this goby to our tank. It has been about a week. He would hide under the rocks most of time but made short work out of cleaning up our sand bed. When I came home from work I noticed that he is hanging in one spot and to shying away. He's face seems to be turning red? Not sure if he is adjusting or having an issue.

It looks like he has a injury and possibly a bacterial infection. These guys have big mouths but the lips look swollen to me.

Do you have access to antibiotics?
