Ok thank u! I did see Reed roid on Amazon are those any good?If it's new to your reef, I would not mess with it too much, but if it's in high flow I'd make changes.
Might want to try to feed it with something like Reef Roids, and see if it reacts in a positive way.
I love reef roids for my plates. I mix up a very small amount, stop all flow, use my feeding squinter to put just a hair of it above it. When it settles onto the plates, they usually go crazy, extend out, and then I put the rest out. With regular feeding they will grow like weeds. I do not have any starfish outside of a few serpent stars that hide in the rocks all the time, so I am lost on that one.Thx and my sandfisting star fish is like standing up any idea on wut its doin?

Those are the only "Reef Roids" there are. As for harming fish, nope. Mine try to grab at the stuff and eat it all up, but it is so small they fail every time lol.I have fish in the tank to would they be ok ?
