Is my montipora bleaching?

I bought this monti frag around two weeks ago. I placed it in medium high flow and medium high light. Params are in check and will be retesting after. The white on the outside is growth but how about the small white dot on the monti? Is this growth, bleaching, or could it be damage from when I attached it? It hasn’t seemed to spread in the past two days.

Maybe a Spirorbid worm or Vermetid snail? Sometimes they'll set up shop in your corals. GL.
