Is my nem splitting?

It had this thing in the mouth for a few weeks. Parameters are fine

It won't eat- tried today after 2 weeks or so

Is it getting ready to split?

Might be, sort of looks like it already has two mouths.

A few weeks seems to be an excessive amount of time for a split. They generally tend to split faster then that. I've begun to see pictures of Nems with tumors or strange growths like this with increasing frequency. Let's hope it's just something like a snail shall and it passes it normally.
