It’s “safe” from acute poisoning issues but less than desirable for fish health ( Too High) for ideal levels and general health

+1. They can probably survive, but it’s far from a “good” environment for the fish. Water change, remote deep sand bed, carbon dosing, or other nitrate reduction would be advised.
