is my plating montipora sick?

Hello guys, see the pic below. Monti is shiny neon from most parts but is has these white spots all around.
Is this how it is supposed to be or is it bleaching?

searched trhu gallery and doesn't seem I have an older, clear photo of it. nevertheless, i don't think it was always like this, would have drown my attention earlier if yes

I have a few montis and they don't exhibit the crevices, no. What are your water parameters like?

Make sure no detritus is settling on it. Also check for monti eating nudis

i used turkey blaster as I thought its just a sand but it isn't.. wouldn't nudis start at one side/spot and continue from there rather than random spots all around?
