is my rock flower anemone okay :( it looks melted

I had my rock flowers look like this when it was moving around or the coral has gotten stung by something
 
Looks like it was blown off the rock (the foot is on top and mouth on bottom). Try putting it right side up if it doesn’t do so itself.
 
I would try turning off the flow for a few minutes and putting it on something that is not covered in hair algae. If you don’t have any clean rocks use a piece of plastic or something.
