In the past few day I can honestly say about two weeks ago I starting to notice some fade on its colors and now it’s belly is big it’s like 3/4 of an inch long but a month ago I added a bigger wrasse like 2 inches long is this possible...

It would help if you could turn off the blue channel so we can get a clearer picture or a lens filter of some sort.

It's highly likely it's just fat. They are very good little predators and can gorge themselves if they have enough food. That's not to say it isn't a health problem but it's hard to make anything out from the picture.

Fish can get egg bound but it generally doesn't happen if they are kept singly. With eggs they suddenly swell up with water on the day they are to be released, so you see a large increase in fish size, but it's generally a response to a males attention.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
