is My water reef safe?

as title, planning to do an aquarium for my office and want to know if drinking water we are supplying is reef safe.
TDS reading of my water with a simple TDS pen was 3.00 and received a lab test result from the supplier(attatched images). However, I'm not familiar with most of the stuffs written on the report thus I need help .

Whether safe or not, utilize a good test kit (API not good) to confirm your water quality

Those results look good to me, but there are no tests for phosphate or silicate which can be very high in tap water.
