Is rowaphos okay to put in sump right away?

Do not rinse. I believe the directions indicate this as well? Whatever cloudiness caused will quickly clear.

Okay perfect and do I put it where the filter sock are supposed to go or the baffle near the return? It doesnt say anything about rinsing either!

Put it in any flow area that you get flow-through so there is effective contact time.

Follow the recommended amounts directions for your system and it should have a negligible effect on pH. Generally, there may be a slight dip if overdosing.

Okay it shouldn't happen since it's at the same size for my tank

If you are putting Rowaphos in a media bag, it is recommended to rinse (not wash).

This is straight from their website:

If you are using the proper filter bags please fill them with the appropriate amount of media (100gr to 400 L of seawater) and then rinse the bag in either RO or old tank water to remove the initial
Dust.
