Is Ruby Reef Rally a good product

2/3 teaspoon per gallon of bath water. Doesn't have to be exact - I've gone up to 1 teaspoon per gallon with no ill effects.
Has reef rally got formalin in it and if so what the percentage

It only contains "a small amount of formalin as a catalyst". They say it is less than 2.5 ml per liter. That means that even straight from the bottle, the formalin level is only 1/10th of a normal formalin dose....and of course, you can't put fish into straight RRRP....

Has anyone ever dosed formalin in a reef tank with corals to kill Uronema

That's not a good idea. The level of formalin needed to kill external Uronema is around 150 ppm as a one hour dip, but even that does nothing for the normal internal Uronema infections. The standard static dose for formalin is 25 ppm, and that still will kill corals and many inverts. Then, formalin is a human health hazard, I would not use it in a home.
