Is the image insert function above the text box broken?

[Kodock]

When I try to use the image function above the text box, or nearly any function on it, I get nothing. Is it broke, or is it just me? I can attach files. But the bold, itqlic, etc. is not working for me.

You’re in Bb Code mode! Click this little parentheses box and it will put you back in wysiwyg mode!
