Hi, the reef factory app is not working and reporting a bug, I've tried reinstalling the app bit same issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

-Log in to your account
Then aquarium
Then devices
Voila!!!!
Thank you! That worked for me as well. My x4 pro is now accessible. App is down on several different phones. Amazing that BRS @Bulk Reef Supply is still selling Reef Factory products that depends on unreliable servers and app without any warnings or notification that Reef Factory is bankrupt without support.I found a walk around.

the app and set up is very frustrating I have buyers remorse after the money invested in something that may be a paper weightI have the "Reef flare Pro M | 160W" two each, plus mounting bars and 3d printed shades, never could get them to work properly. $ 1,500.00 wasted and they sit in my basement I think I would sell them for $100 Ea. plus shipping. To be fair I am not tech savvy, and the lights were too difficult for me to deal with
same boat; let me know if you get it to work. i can log into the website, but I can't get past the auth for the mobile app, which means I can't connect to the deviceI have been trying for 3 days to activate my account and I am not receiving any email or text. I am just stuck with a $300 brand new brick?
