Is the white spot back?

So i had ich on my fish and it was pretty bad on my wrasse, i set up a hospital tank and have treated with api white spot cure for 6 days (it said only 4 was needed) all the spots have cleared on my fish but my clown fish now a week later has some small spots not bright white, i was wondering whether this was just marking from the initial white spots or whether i should do another round of treatment? You can just see the small spots i am talking about and all the other fish look completely clear
