Most of the time if everything is working as it should they are not going to leave a review but the few who have had problems will leave a negative review of the product. All I can say is I love having my Trident. Though I had a couple small issues that I was able to fix, the Trident has been an excellent addition to my tank. As far as accurate I have tested it against other test kits and they are all pretty close. My readings have been very stable. Maybe those that have one and have positive experiences can chime in to put you more at ease before spending the money.

I’m in the hospitality industry so I get it as far as reviews go. Customers are much quicker to document a complaint vs a great experience or being content for that matter.

I finally hooked my trident up. It was simple and my numbers are close enough to my Hanna checker. Alk was .1 off. Very happy with it so far.
any code I should add?
