Maybe it’s a parameter, equipment, ideology, dosing solution, preference etc…

If even one person disagrees, then it won’t count.

We don't like the Saving Nemo act

It has it's merits, but much like many pieces of American legislature, it's so broad that it can too easily be manipulated into something that is abused. American legislature seems to be riddled with so many ways to abuse it, just look how powerful presidents (on both sides of the aisle) have gotten. The triangle of balanced power is out the window, and there are all kinds of acts which seem to be way too far reaching and vague.
